There is a conflict against the Policemen and the horses.
HORSES STAMPEDE THROUGH CAPITAL
Authorities in Mexico City say 30 police horses have stampeded down one of the capital’s busiest avenues, injuring one person and damaging 11 cars. Police say the horses were scared by sound of car engines as they were being taken out of their trailers near Congress, where they helped control protesters. Some of the animals had cuts on their muzzles and legs.
